Terms and Conditions

1. Services: Perfection Reloaded Studio agrees to provide photography/videography services as outlined in the agreement between Perfection Reloaded Studio and the client.
2. Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure Perfection Reloaded Studio’s services, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the shoot starts (48 hours if a studio booking). If payment is not met on time, then the booking will be cancelled. Additionally, bookings made within 24 hours incur an additional £30 charge. Out of hours bookings (Outside of 9 am-10 pm) will incur an additional £50 charge.
3. Booking Conditions: Clients are required to have a confirmed location, time, and date in mind before booking with Perfection Reloaded Studio. All bookings will incur a travel fee (which depends on location). A grace period of 10 minutes will be granted, but a late fee of £25 will be required if this time is exceeded. If late, the booking will still finish at the time agreed. Lateness beyond 30 minutes may result in the booking being cancelled or an additional £40 for every 30 minutes late will be required. The client must confirm on the day of the shoot that everything is running on track at least 4 hours before.
4. Location: The client is responsible for choosing the location. If there are photography/videography restrictions in place at the venue and no suitable alternative, the shoot will be cancelled with full payment still due.
5. Delivery: Perfection Reloaded Studio will deliver the final edited photographs digitally via a link within 2 weeks after the event. Videos will take 7-14 days (Subject to type of booking). An expedited service is available for next-day delivery (photos only), with an additional fee of £35 (must be notified at least 1 day before the booking). If the client requests modifications after receiving the final product, edit fees may apply.
6. All images (watermarked and unedited) are provided to the client for selection within 48 hours after the shoot. Please note, viewing images are not available for download. High quality edited pictures will be available for download 2 weeks after picture selection.
7. Liability: Perfection Reloaded Studio is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the event. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Perfection Reloaded Studio from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the event. Clients are to be aware that all images/footage from the event will be deleted 30 days after the booking.
8. Cancellation: In the event of client cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If rescheduling is desired, a new payment will be required (with less than 48 hours notice to the original booking) as it constitutes a separate booking. If the client changes the original booking information, there may be a fee or cancellation without a refund.
